  • You may reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee.

  • In the event of a no-show or failure to cancel an appointment, a fee may be charged, depending on the nature of the service.
